Breitling caseback. Which tool to use?

I have successfully opened similar with one of these.....

Ideally though, with such an expensive watch the correct tool should be used.....(they are cheap enough).......

so you just turn those dies with your hand or can they fit a handle like the dies for Rolex?

They look to be hand grip, though I'm sure some careful use of a round file, (with a suitable plastic insert to reduce the inner dia of the die) would allow the use of the handle from the Rolex set......

Bergeon 5700 or the chinese one, it has several insert...or a sticky ball/rubber ball

For those case backs, when I don’t have a correct wrench to match, I use a Java with the flat tool bit inserts.
