Is this kind of silicone grease okay for watch gaskets

this is the silicone greease I got. Does this mean that this is not silicone grease. Because I already used it in the o-ring of the watch
 

What you bought is grease for the O-ring of valves, tanks, etc. It must be safe for breathing, so it has different formulation and characteristics. In any case, that will not make any difference for the trivial task of being applied to a watch gasket.

I think that Anchor may have made some changes to this product. I have just bought one from Cousins and it is definitely silicone grease. It is clear in colour not yellow, has no odour, and doesn't seem to melt.
