Seiko Kinetic Titanium faulty capacitor?

I can buy a Seiko Kinetic Titanium from someone for around €50,- and I'm not sure if I should buy it or not at this price. The problem is that it has a very short reserve time, seller says it's less than 8 hours. I did some research and a common problem with these Kinetic watches is that the capacitor stops doing it's job and then needs to be replaced. I looked up how to replace the capacitor and I think I can manage to do that myself and learn a bit in the process. But it might not be the capacitor...? What do you guys think? What would the approximate price of a capacitor be for such a watch? Couldn't find what movement this watch has. The only info I have is that it's a Seiko SKA417P1 and this is how it looks:

It's almost a guarantee it's the capacitor. Just like a battery, they have a finite lifespan. This is the drawback to these kinetics and the citizen eco-drive. Be sure to get the exact one it calls for, they are very specific and won't work otherwise.
