Hi JF   If you want tech sheets etc there are so many,   watches old and new that to cover all of them would be nigh on impossible. I have quite a collection in PDF format spread over three laptops if you are looking for a specific one on a watch you are working on just post the information  ie....   make of watch and calibre number and a picture or two on the movement   there are a lot of members with a lot of information just ask.  For a general appraisal of watch movements  use Dr Roland Ranfft's web site.   most usefull.      cheers

Makes a lot of sense. I noticed even though there is a vast majority of manufacturers out there most are built upon a few similar movements. Unless its something very special than they are different.. I’ll definitely message you with a few movements of mine that I’m having trouble fixing.

Greetings all!  Trying to make use of the quarantine time!  I’m in desperate need of a 5126 or 5106 repair manual or even an exploded view. I had purchased a partial movement to repair/complete a watch from another find; all was going well until I realized there was an extra part on the bench that I didn’t remember taking out. After that everything snowballed. Springs and screws mutinied and jumped ship and pieces that fit well before now refused. I’ve miraculously retrieved everything that flew but am still a little stymied. Help?

5126 or 5106 repair manual

Always helpful to give  a little more information like  company name?

So one way to find tech sheets is just to do a search online.. Then you find things like the discussion at the first link where they explain why you're not getting a service manual.  Looks like to get the  parts list you do need to join the group but if you're servicing Seiko is well worth it.

Or it go to places like cousins and  sometimes they might have which are seeking  so I have a link for that..

Then if you're also looking for tech sheets the third link is rather nice.

So no tech manual appears to be available the parts lists are and I've attached those.
