Where to Find Rolex Jubilee Watch Link(s) For Restoration.

Hello all,

I work at at jewelry store and as I have begun to increase our watch business here the jeweler has asked about how to restore worn jubilee and to a lesser degree oyster rolex bands.

We have got the tool to pull apart the bands and we have a supply of the serrated pins needed but where does one find the replacement gold and stainless links that are farther up the band( the ones not normally removed)?

Is it always from a scrap band laying around or does anyone know where to order the links closer to the lugs?

The reason for asking in that once we have a band apart aside from the wear to the pins the links them selves are often "baggie" due to the slop created over the years of wear.

Any help would be much appreciated.

How they repair bands is to drill out the links and install larger pins.  YouTube has video of it being done.
