Thanks John. I just thought may be you guys knew of a 3rd party offering diagnostics and repair services on these. Brand is TYMC. Sending it them for a warranty repair may turn out to be more costly than nuying a new unit. So, I was looking for US repair.

at one time for the mechanical type timing machines cleaning machines etc. there were people that service them for the most part they've disappeared. I have some links below of people who service equipment you'll notice one of the companies in the UK has just now quit servicing but he might be able to give you a clue as to where to get your machine serviced.

Chinese timing machines are interesting there appears to be at least two separate manufacturers that's based on my observation of how the machine's work. One of the companies you have the initials of tymc does or did at least appeared to physically exist. The other company conveniently really really hard to track down I might've actually at one time found them and just wasn't quite sure because of the Chinese English translation. Basically they put a variety of clever names on their machines and users guides conveniently zero addresses or anything of where they're located. but the quality of the surface mount circuit board seems really nice for an invisible company.

Tymc does appear to possibly still physically exist maybe. They used to have a distributor in Germany I have the image off their website which no longer exists. Amusingly the German company was unhappy according to a discussion I found in a discussion group a long time ago going by memory that the machines got cloned because the company making the machines sold components to another company which resulted in warranty repair issues for the cloned machines. so while the German site is gone there is a Japanese material house that claims knowledge of their existence but this is a very old webpage. Then googling the information there I come up with the second link which is extremely unhelpful..

Because they don't make it. Just like Apple or Lenovo it's outsourced to the likes of Foxconn, just a lot smaller.
