Did you try to push where indicated by the arrow labeled "push"? Usually that points to the stem release notch.

Thanks for reply, but I didnt understand which part exactly should I push,black hole with pin just like remove sim from iphone?

Hi  you have the hole marked push located , there should be a tag visible which you push down to release the stem. Some time you need to pull out the stem before it is visible in the window so look closely in the hole and pull the stem so the hand set position and see if it appears.
