11.5 lignes, stem on top in the picture. 21,600 bph. Not a 2824 copy. Must be Chinese but I can't find it. In a fashion watch, having some issue with winding.

OK, whatever it is, is quite poor. The rotor ball bearing is so lose to freely oscillate just 3 secs. The reversing wheel aren't much better, they get stuck and they have no under plate on the auto bridge, so auto winding is marginal to say politely. An SII or Miyota would have been better. I could shame the "brand" but I will not since I feel good today

Can't blame the timekeeping part doh, and isn't even fully wound.

Don't know what it's based on but you can't argue with a trace like that.
It bears great similarity (albeit much more nicely finished), to the movement i'm looking at just now for a fella on here. Take away the auto works and it's a commonly seen chinese design movement but there are many variations and many names.
is the watch a known brand like Parnis? they typically use a small selection of movement providers and might help narrow it?
