Porte and Markle movement ID?

Hi everyone!  So I have a Porte and Markle pocket watch that I am trying to find a new balance wheel for.  I’m wondering if anyone can help me identify the maker of the movement.  I personally think it looks like a Longines but I may be way off.  Any thoughts?

Aspects are more reminiscent of Omegas ... ref for instance http://www.ranfft.de/cgi-bin/bidfun-db.cgi?10&ranfft&&2uswk&Omega_12_sav (movement side) and http://www.ranfft.de/cgi-bin/bidfun-db.cgi?10&ranfft&0&2uswk&Omega_17LIBN (dial side).

Also note for the latter that the same Swiss patent number 26513 is found on your movement

If you can measure your movement to get a ligne size maybe the above (if it proves relevant!) may help narrow things down.

Thanks everyone for the responses!  Nucejoe, yes the wheel is damage, a number or the screws have been excessively filed down and there are some out of view under the balance cock that are actually broken off.  Watchmaker and oldhippy, thank you as well.  That website looks to be extremely helpful!  I am a stones throw from Winnipeg so I find local watches such as these to have a certain appeal to them.
