Santos de cartier!

Hi guy’s! Can anyone tell me what’s the genuine cal movement for a santos de cartier watch please! The watch is a AAA copy & at the moment it’s running with a VJ23 S11 quartz movement! I’m looking for a good replacement genuine movement or next best ETA! cheers!

Please let me expose my personal opinion, the watch is counterfeit and as such will remain no matter what is done to it.

You can, of course do some research to identify a mo.t similar in size to what is in there now.

Yeah i know all about the watch mate! I think the original movement is the cartier 687 cal which i can get a replacement one from the usa, i was l thinking a nice ETA movement, just need to size it up!

There are a lot of things to consider when changing from one movement to another. Biggest concerns (after diameter) are height, dial feet positions, and stem height.

 

Googling the movement that's in gets garbledygook and then this thread; do you have any further info?

Yeah thanks for the info mate! I’ve got all the dimensions i need size wise off the hattori vj23 movement thats in the watch at the moment! It would be nice to know what the original cal movement cartier would use in the said watch mate! Just for reference purposes!
