Broken screw on rotor

Hi can anyone give me some advice on how to get a broken screw out we’re the rotor attaches without having to replace it which 

I don’t think I will be able to get any parts for this watch.

the watch is a Edward East London automatic BH9098-01

Are you sure you are trying to turn it in the correct direction?

Do you have enough of the broken bit to determine if the thread is left or right handed?

If so, then the next option is probably to try to drill it out. For that, you might try a reverse threaded drill bit if you can source one the correct size. The idea being that is it bites in to the stub, it also tends to rotate it in the same direction you are trying to unscrew it, and that may cause the thing to come out without having to drill the whole thing.

Whatever you do next will probably entail dismantling the watch to remove the part that the broken thread is stuck in.
