3 battery?

I have an old LCD with a maroon tinted face cover.  It has two 386 batteries one facing forward and one back.  Then there is a third whole, much smaller over the two 386 batteries.  Is this a battery hole?  I put two new 386 batteries in and it still doesn't work.

2 386 fit in the large holes.  Is the small hole also for a battery?

I don't think it's for a 3rd battery, but it's hard to tell with such a poor picture. Don't be afflicted if and LCD watch fails, it happens all the time.

if you look carefully in the small hole you'll notice that it is a trimmer capacitor used to regulate the watch.  then we need a much better or basically a sharper picture because it's hard to tell if all your contacts for the battery are the way they're supposed to be.
