Help remove stem

It is a colone, miyota 0s00 chrono quatrz. 

Day/ date at 3 .  subseconds at 6. And 9. And  12.

Can I see the word 'push' and a little arrow above it on the back plate at about 4:30?

If so look where the arrow is pointing, you may need to move the stem out to setting position for the thing to push to become visible.

There is a word push and arrow  pointing towards a plastic part with a hole into which a spring enters.  The arrow is at 2 OClock pointing to spring on top of stem.

Is it not visible in the image.

The spring almost at the end of stem, close to movement center. Says to push there, I think I am to push on it, but dosn,t feel like doing anything.

I followed the push sign all the way to appropriate hole where screwdriver drops in like an inch or so.

This could be a stem made of two parts, one engaged deep in the watch keyless works and another, one with the crown, threaded on as an extender. It's hard to see clearly, but if that is the case, then you can hold the one inside with the tweezers and unscrew the other.

Just a heads-up, the release lever on a lot of quartz movements is only accessible when the stem is in a certain position (winding or 1st position usually?)
