Help with Gears and Pinions

I have 2 gears with issues. The first is a center wheel that has some crushed teeth. What I would like to do is take the wheel from another center wheel and replace the existing bad wheel. Is it possible to punch off the old wheel, then take the bed gear and punch off its wheel and then punch or glue it onto the existing shaft.

 

Here are the old and new.

 

Second problem is with the 3rd wheel. The pinion has a tooth missing. If I have another gear with a like similar pinion, how do I exchange the bad pinion?

This is the tooth repair procedure. I just want to completely replace the wheel

Managed to remove the sacrifice wheel and the origin and then use JB Weld to glue on the wheel to the original staff. Could not rivet it on.

One gear fixed. Used JB Weld. Holds like steel.
