Omega Case Reference

I'm trying to track down a replacement crystal for an Omega ladies watch that I'm working on and I'm stuck. Every where I try wants a case reference in the form xxx.xxxx and this doesn't have such a number.

 

The pic below shows everything that is printed on the inside case back and the only numbers I can find other than the hallmark and the Omega branding are 1011 and 8348. I have tried 1011 on it's own, 8348 on it's own, 1011.8348, 1011-8348, 1011/8348 on Cousins, Ofrei, and just plain old Google, and the only one that comes up with anything is Google which finds a couple of links to auctions for variations of this watch.

 

Am I missing something?

 

 

The crystal I'm after is oval, approx 28.7mm x 18.9mm, and mineral glass.
