Movment removal problem

Cheers mates!!

Got this into my bench, but I wonder how ta get the movment out?

I have taken of the glass, removed the stem, but when I trie to move the ring with grooves(red circles) the movment follows anti clock wice.

Is it so simple that I have to hold the movment tight while Im doing it?

From what I can see, the movement should be turned and it should drop out of its case. Just be careful with the hands.  Some Omega’s have a lock ring inside the case, which you move. It does not look as if this has one

So you just mean that I just rotatet the movment anti clock wise or clock wise ?

I have not seen this befor just this one:

Forget the last picture, that was just for information. I have the type on the first picture that I need to get some help, how to get the movment out of the case.

On some of those Omegas there's the ring that turns, movement stays still, on some the case itself has cutouts and the movement goes in, then turns. Like a bayonet fitting.
