Hairspring

I see British Precision Springs Ltd advertise hairsprings in a huge variety of sizes.

I have a movement in which the hairspring is beyond my repair capabilities so I thought I'd buy a replacement instead.

The problem is these springs are advertised by :

Torque / outside diameter  / spring material (phosphor bronze; cadmium copper etc) and collect bore.

Outside diameter should be straightforward  but how can I find out what torque I need ?  Is the collect bore the inside diameter ?

Any help / suggestions appreciated.
