New to watch repairs jumped in at the deep end house full of vintage omegas bought some tools screw drivers s--- but spent quit a lot otherwise I've been reading up a little about this seamaster cal 1337 the movement was solid obviously been dropped in water and left forever it's striped down now waiting to be cleaned but my real prob is the circuit board is it true you can use an ETA circuit instead if so witch one the one that's in it look clean enough  and the coil looks new but the battery  connection is missing so I can't test it please advise P.S does anyone know A good source for old vintage omega watch cases as I've repaired several ladies movements  but no cases thanks
