Chinese movement 79350

Hi folks - Quite some time since I last posted here, so apologies for that, but still continuing with my own watch repair journey.

I am looking for a bit of help locating a Chinese 79350 mechanical movement, or a movement with equivalent functionality.

The Chinese 79350 (also known as an A79350) is based on the same movement from IWC (also called 79350). It's a chronograph modified from the 7750, but is a slimmer variant. The continuous second is at 6 O'clock rather than 9. The chronograph uses the centre seconds, with the 12 O'clock sub-dial used to record the chronograph minutes. 

I've tried to find the movement on Cousins' website but I've either not been thorough enough or they don't have it in stock. Has anyone come across this movement or could you point me in the right direction? I'm wondering if Cousins have the movement listed under an alternative name.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
