My 7730 tale (without happy and so far) - Looking for operating lever

Hi,

After having many success stories on different mechanical and tuning fork watches and pocket watches, I started with chronographs and my the servicing of the pocket watch Heuer chrono went without issues.

Next I could get a Valjoux 7730 Vintage cheap watch and after managing to get it open I cleaned it and rebuild it. Oriented myself on the Video of the 7750 by Mark and some photos I took before. Before I disasseble it the chrono was not working because the flyback lever was out of positioning.

So, managed to clean and oiled it properly. The watch was showing stable and good results with the chrono engaged or not. Here is a picture of it:

So I started to add the levers and there my problem was facing. The hammer legs seemed to be locked up with the operating lever handles and as I didnt have any other 7733 i could not compare. It looked to me like the operating lever was to high or the hammer "legs" are to low. I bet somehow the hammer or the levers are bend. Long story short I tried everything but I guess at the end it even worse.

Now I am desperate looking for the following parts:

Important must finds:

8140 Operating lever

8220 Hammer

Optional:

8335 Spring

I am happy to pay fair and shipping costs. Below are some photos of the operating lever, look weird.

In addition I would be great if someone could shoot me a video of a 7730 from the right side (where pushers are) on how the operating lever is aligned etc and i can see the functions.

Or even better if someone could shoot a video on how to place this part would be freaking cool.

The 7750 looks so much easier or at least similar to what I did experience on the pocket watch.

Thanks for you help

Max
