Chronograph valjoux 7765 winder needs oiling

I have a very nice old chronograph valjoux 7765 which is working fine and in as new condition however the winder winds fine forwards
but feels like its very rough winding backwards, the tighter the spring gets the worse the roughness feels. 

I believe it just needs oiling but do I need to take the movement apart or can I just insert a little oil into the winder tube. 

Which oil would be best for this job.

I would suggest that you have it serviced.  Do not put oil down the pendant tube, it will cause more problems than it solves as there is no saying where the oil will end up.
