Dear customers and partners, We hope that our message will find you and your loved ones healthy and in a good state of mind despite these complicated and extraordinary moments. Like everywhere else, for days now, activities have been quite hectic as we tried to navigate through the very dynamic environment of the COVID-19 pandemic. We do not yet know the short, medium and long-term impact on our operations, but we are doing everything we can to limit the repercussions. We have established rules of life in our company to best protect the health of our employees, which is our main mission at the moment. However, we also try to approach the situation pragmatically, striving to find the best personalised solution for all our partners. These measures have and will continue to evolve over the next few weeks and we will do our best to guarantee service to our customers, while remaining respectful of our employees. We have taken important steps to ensure that our production will operate safely and in a pleasant environment. That is why, with the latest measures ordered by our federal authorities and in order to put all the chances on our side, we have taken the decision to close our company over the next 3 days, i.e. from Wednesday 18th to Friday 20th of March 2020. A detailed inspection of the common areas and a thorough preventive cleaning will be carried out, in order to guarantee the health safety of each and everyone. COVID-19 presents a major challenge that requires the best of us and our individual and collective responsibility. Our N° 1 priority is to continue to ensure the health of all.
