I love a good vintage watch and I was quite happy to get hold of this one. Yes - the dial is a bit shabby and the hands but I don't think I will do anything with that as I think it adds character to the watch - it is vintage after all. I understand that these Oysters were made before Rolex took over - am I wrong? Does anyone have any information in it?

Can someone tell me how to repair a bracelet watch band? There is a pin that holds the metal watch band to the body of the watch. Inside the bracelet part is a spring, with a short bent side and a longer straight side. Can someone tell me how this spring fits into the band so I get some tension so the band opens and then closes snug around my wrist? Thanks for any help you can provide

Hello. I need some help with repairing my Armani AR4633. I've watched some vids on YouTube but none of them resemble the movement of this particular watch. My first problem is removing the winder. I cannot see anything which looks like it will release the winder and I don't want to poke around inside it any more for fear of creating any damage. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
