  1. My business is consignment and resale. Recently, I was asked to sell several watchmaker / jeweler pieces of equipment of a deceased watchmaker. One of the items is a BERGEON WATERPROOF WATCH TESTER #5555 (OLDER MODEL.) The tubing in the base has been replaced, the top O-ring was replaced but the unit will not pressure up. When you place your finger on the metal tube inside the Plexiglas cylinder, it registers on the gauge just fine. What am I doing wrong? I did read that the top gasket needs Silicon 7 ??? I cannot find a technical manual anywhere only user instructions and/or no one seems to know how to repair one. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Txblondsmom [email protected]
