  1. ok noted. i will better first make pendulum and then carry out test. thanks
  2. good if it can hold 18-24" at present i am testing with 0.8mm thick 12" long hand. if the result is good i will further increase the length to 20-24" one more thing i would like to know while testing does it make any difference if i test it without pendulum? as per my knowledge pendulum regulates the speed and has nothing to do with the hand/counter weight-correct?
  3. i have attached few pix showing counter weight engaged to the minute wheel gear. i am taking a trial by loading 12" long (22guage brass) hand...
  4. hi, again i am back with one more query. i have one single fusee large size ONLY movement with counter weight engaged on the minute wheel. now, to start with i will have to first make minute hand and then fix the dial size, so is it possible to judge the length minute hand?
  5. hi, many thanks for your valuable reply. i have recently restored it not fully but up to some extent keeping old ware and scratches all around! to my surprise the clock even so old started ticking after cleaning and re-fitting. it shows very precise workmanship by Corrie! the hammer strikes with full strength even after ages....pix attached. thanks/rajesh
