  4. Awesome reply. Thanks a bunch. In a similar situation as yours. I also have another where the dial is so far gone that I’d like to see it as it was from original. I live very close to NYC and surrounding areas so if anyone has suggestions please chime in. Thanks graziano Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Hello everyone, Looking to have one of my watches restored as the current dial is in bad shape.(missing all indices and manufacturer name) is there a trusted source to restore a vintage dial with as much accuracy as possible? Kind thanks, Joey Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Thanks John, Yes, I have found Cousins pretty useful for some watches I own, but jot all. I will check the other links. Thank you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Makes a lot of sense. I noticed even though there is a vast majority of manufacturers out there most are built upon a few similar movements. Unless its something very special than they are different.. I’ll definitely message you with a few movements of mine that I’m having trouble fixing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I also wanted to find stats like what was the original band issues with a particular watch. Currently just purchased a watch from another member on watchuseek and trying to source a period correct and authentic band. Unfortunately i dont know how to look it up! 12. Hello everyone, Very new to the forum and glad it exists! Not sure where to look or if there is a section made already for this but, looking to see if anyone has a reputable source of where to get access to various movements and their respective manuals/IPCs. This would help tremendously for me to learn the names of the parts as well as fixing some of my watches. Do things like this exist? Or are they just parts catalogs with no manuals on how to replace individual components? I come from the aviation world where I’m used to finding a parts catalog and also a manual to instruct how to safely remove, replace, and test components and their respective systems to not cause personal injury or component damage. Hopefully watches are the same but maybe it isnt? Kind thanks in advance, JF Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
