Hi. Can somebody explain how this should work please . I understand the theory . The counterweight drives the off centre spindle pushing the arm to drive the gear wheel . But I can’t figure out how the arm drives the gear . No teeth , no ratchet . Friction ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi all. I picked this up cheap and it works fine however it randomly sticks and loses time then starts working again . Any suggestions . Complete strip clean and rebuild ? On a side note I notice the calendar alternates between Arabic and English ( on setup only. In normal use it jumps 2 keeping it in English ) I presumeI need to set it correctly in rebuild Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi. I have stripped and rebuilt a jump watch and it appears to work fine however it is getting stuck in the hour movement. The minute hand is a nice tight fit with no slippage and the full movement works fine when adjusted on the crown. However under its own steam it sticks . It’s happening as it jumps from one hour to the other . Any ideas . Should anything on this top side be oiled Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Well boys, this is a momentous occasion , after recking about 8 raketas , I have finally stripped a non working watch , cleaned rebuilt and got it working (still need a ratchet) this is so satisfying , wanted a jump watch for ages and now it’s my first repaired watch Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi all. I have wanted a jump watch for ages and picked this up cheap . It won’t run, I think it’s dirty which I can sort , but also I can’t see the ratchet for the main spring . It has failed or is missing , any ideas Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
