  1. Hiya, Yeah, they're fine. It moves in accordance to the digital time, only tick backwards Alan. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  2. Hi, I have a tag digital watch, and it is doing something very bizarre. It is going backwards! The minute hand is literally going backwards. I'm not sure if this is an easy fix or not, or if anyone else has come across this problem? When setting the time the hands only move one way, no matter what direction you move the crown. Any advice and thoughts are much appreciated. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  3. Lovely way of doing it, thank you. I usually mark the stem with a marker to get the length, but it still needs a variety of tweaking to fit. I shall give this way a whirl. Thanks!
  4. Thank you. I did a bit of research and found they have a good list of repairers. Going to pop them an email, be nice to use one local. Cheers again for the advice. Alan. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  5. Very true. Thank you for your help. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  6. I can imagine that to be a problem sure, and I can understand that the company wouldn't just strip a watch just to find out that it can't be done economically. However it would be nice to find someone who tackles the older pieces just so I can give the opportunity to make their own mind up. One day I'll teach myself how to do it, which is the aim. 7. Hiya, I currently use a watch repairer who is awesome at new watches and watches around 20 years old or so, but anything antique like pocket watches or early wristwatches they always return with 'parts worn/obsolete'. I'm not even sure they inspect the watches before they send them back. Is there anyone in the UK that can tackle these at all that you could recommend? Thank you, Alan. 8. I'm not slating them. I was just looking for another way of contacting them other than the phone... Thanks for your help. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  9. I find the website awesome, truly. But I just couldn't navigate that side of things. Its my go to place for, well, anything really. Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  10. Stop the press! Its just been updated. However I still stand by Cousins being the least customer friendly website I have ever come across!
  11. Hello, If anyone from cousins is here, help! I put an item on backorder, it eventually came off my back order bit on the website. Which was a Yay! But, it's not arrived, I can't chase it because it's not invoiced, I can't find ANYWHERE on the website where I can remotely even send them a message, and the phone line is only there for sales. The green button thing just pushes you around the website... Help!
  12. Tried everything. Only other hope is an eBay follow [emoji17] Sent from my HTC One M9 using Tapatalk
  13. I'm a bit of a novice, so I do a lot of movement exchanges instead of servicing, but now I have a collection to practice on. I might see if I can salvage this one.
