  2. I have not done this, but have you tried to turn it upside down and make a recess with a lathe? br emso p.s: sent from my s****y phone so sorry for typing mistakes
  3. Yes you put it between pins and close the regulating pins. Just to stop the hairspring faling out of themThe regulating pins from the etachron system shoald not be removed as it is not needed in any case if not damaged br emso p.s: sent from my s****y phone so sorry for typing mistakes
  4. I would buy Moebius 9010 Moebius hp-1300 Kluber p-125 Moebius 9415 Moebius 8300 Moebius 9504 or molykote dx br emso p.s: sent from my s****y phone so sorry for typing mistakes
  5. You dissasemble the whole movement, put the balance complete in its place, set the bridge above it and screw it in on the mainplate.move the regulating pins and fork which holds the stud as far as posible. using fine tweezers put the hairspring between regulating pins, put the stud in place "between the fork" as you say press it towards the jewel center using brass tweezers Voala! br emso p.s: sent from my s****y phone so sorry for typing mistakes
  6. 10 cleaning cycles or 1week,afterwards you need to exchange them If the movements are very dirty even before that br emso p.s: sent from my s****y phone so sorry for typing mistakes
  7. 90% of the ttimes when yoy remove the calednar plate the hammer and its spring will move out of position evenif they worked before.if the hour counting wheel worked the wholle time the hour hammer spring was not installed correctly or it was upside down(it has a up side :D br emso p.s: sent from my s****y phone so sorry for typing mistakes
  8. Yes it is the hour counting wheel, it goes above the mainplate, not on this side of the movement Regarding the osilatin pinion it gets broken when itis not seated properlyand you screw the plate over withput aligning other pivots br emso p.s: sent from my s****y phone so sorry for typing mistakes
  9. Well i believed you did not touch the eccentric, but if you did then that could be a reason also see the technical documents or the swisslab and you will see how they should mesh, too much and the movement will stop, less than needed also stoppage or not working properly chrono br emso p.s: sent from my s****y phone so sorry for typing mistakes
  10. Cb its very dificult to explain but i will tryfirst i think your cam is not seated properly low enoygh. Second its not positioned as it should from the start see swisslab eta how it should be put on place oriented Also your bridge which holds the reversing wheel(lower bridge) might not be seated as it should, push the reset pusher before tightening the bridge down wjth the 2 screws Regarding the 60 seconds pinion not driving the chrono seconds wheel there could be many posibilities also, the spring which pushes the clutch not put as it should be, or maybe the pinion itself not put in the lower jewel or in the clutch bushing and many more reasons br emso p.s: sent from my s****y phone so sorry for typing mistakes
  11. You put rhe hairspring on the plate and separate from all the rest of the parts, i separate all of the screws on one place to avoid scratches on platea and bridges escapement and pallet in the smallest separation, springs are not cleaned inside also mainspring is not cleaned in the machine br emso p.s: sent from my s****y phone so sorry for typing mistakes
  12. Not true geo, we fit the old hands if possible as the new chrono second hand costs aroun 20 euros br emso P.s.sent from my s****y phone,so sorry for typing mistakes
  13. Look for breitling maintenacnce of a chronograph on youtube or on their website under service link br emso P.s.sent from my s****y phone,so sorry for typing mistakes
  14. The pin vice will scar the barrel arbor, the barrel arbor has a hole in the middle which will not svar the arbor, if scared you will have wear on the barrel where it touches the arbor and possibly a weak amplitude br emso P.s.sent from my s****y phone,so sorry for typing mistakes
  15. Breitling uses hammer to set them. I did not believe their video, but during the training they told us to use the hammer technique and they were strongly for it br emso P.s.sent from my s****y phone,so sorry for typing mistakes
