I decided to change the design of the site. The main reason was that I was tired of the huge banner at the top which was always there. I hope you guys don't mind, however, if you prefer the old design you can change back as long as you are logged in. You will see a link at the bottom of the page "Change Theme" and I have made "Old Theme" available there. :thumbsu:

I think I'll wear my Oriosa, despite having dead radioactive paint and a 12 that looks, to my puerile mind, a bit like a willy... First watch I ever owned was an Oriosa; I still feel a pang of regret for leaving it at a swimming pool when I was 10; Even then I appreciated a decent watch. Does anyone know: if a watch is marked "T Swiss Made T" does it actually means the radioactive source was Tritium? If so how did they keep the tritium in the watch??? I intend to service it and re-lume the dial, after Mark's fantastic video series (At your deftness with a tweezer, Mr Lovick, I fall and genuflect....)

I've seen Oriosa watches now and then - don't know anything about the Tritium content though. I like the full set for the 12 o'clock! :startle:

I've just watched part six of the chronograph videos that Mark has compiled. Brilliant as usual and I fair enjoyed it. Make sure that you access it directly from You Tube to get it in high definition!

Jealous of that Ertus... The strap's a bit yucky but it's a lovely dial. I just splurged on a not-quite-working "omega":

Hmmm... Looks like a High Dome and you would order size 280 by the looks of it.

Here is mine.its not on my wrist but I hope that's still ok
