ETA 2451

Hi everybody,

I have two ETA 2451 watches which were from ebay. Two of them all run fast no matter assembled and demagnetize.

Does anyone can help me?

How fast?

It usually something with the hairspring that makes the watch go to fast? Look if they are sticking together? Cleaning the hairspring usually helps.

Do you have a timegrapher or equivalent application? That will tell you more than just the rate.

This is my hobby so not complete equipment.

Sorry but if you don't have a timegrapher you can't be sure if the beat error or if the adjustment you make are right? You could be way of beat and the movement can still run by the look of it okay? If you are going to service more movements you need a timegrapher.
