Junghans Swinger

Sounds a bit erotic, a Junghan's Swinger I mean, but no, sorry it's just a clock. 

I know there was a post previously about Junghan's Swingers but this is a different problem I'm hoping someone can help with, and it's a most basic issue, namely I can't remove the hands despite my best efforts. They seem to be on there differently than most other movements I've ever worked on so hand lifters and levers just aren't working for me. And of course, I'm nervous in case I break something. I've searched Mr. Google trying to find diagrams or instructions but, alas, to no avail.

Any help will be most appreciated.

Some pics would help. I repaired one a while ago & I can not remember any issues with the hands.

There is only two ways the hands can be held on one by some sort of nut the other it will be pinned. Sometimes if pinned the pin can break off and it is stuck in the hole, this can cause a problem and the hand will not pull off. So if its pinned make sure the hole is not blocked.

I have attached 3 photos photos, the first being the hands. Looking closely at this, it appears as though there's a retaining ring but I could be misinterpreting it so your advice will be very much appreciated.

The second photo shows the pivots. Everything I've read about these swingers, mention the need to ensure that these are sharp, which these two aren't, so I'm wondering how I can remove the pivots as there's no retaining screw or any other obvious way of how they are held in their holders.

My final question is the jewel holders, as per the attached photo, which are cupped and embedded in a piece of square metal. The angle of this metal is not parallel to the base as it actually angles downwards, causing the back pivot to actually support most of the weight of the pendulum. I can't see how to correct this as trying to bend the jewel holder will probably result in breaking it. Any suggestions you may have regarding this will, as always, be greatly appreciated.

I have found some pics I took of the swinger I fixed. However I did not take any close pic of the hands. So I guess there was no issues. Looking at your pics they look rusty to say the least. So I would clean this first so you can see how they are attached. I have attached a pic of the one I fixed.
