Hello from Deggsy

Hi there. I'm Deggsy from Kent England and very very new to the wonderful hobby of watch repairs.  So far I have acquired several old Swiss movements and Russian movements to practice on - mostly with good results.  I have not ventured into the complexities of chronograph type movements, nor automatics, but dare say that will come. So far I've managed not to lose any of those fine wire springs through some good advice I heeded on here (peg wood). My limitations at the moment are proper cleaning and knowing how, where and how much to lubricate.  I'm sure you folks will help with advice.  Thanks for now and looking forward to reading this site back to front :-)

Regards deggsy
