How do you call this wrench?

Does anyone know how this tool is called? To refit the bracelet without risking of scratching the lugs.

 

p.s. I've found this, seems a little too expensive though.

They are similar to the Bergeon 6825 type.

I found it actually quite cumbersome, and if anything else, risked catching the case more than the 6767F tool.  Ended up offering it up in a forum competition a while back.

To answer your question, "Spring Bar Pliers or Spring Bar Tool".

I agree with SS. Just place a piece of tape on the lugs when the springbar is difficult.
