I always said musicians were way overpaid! [emoji6]

Great collection.

Group photo in front of the fireplace Will, much like our American cousins do for their Christmas cards.

Just go to my watch pages - there they are (well, most of them anyway)!

Yup - well, I play about once a week, I suppose - and then I have a monthly spend on top of my music cash...

Mind you, some of those listed have been sold to pay for better/more desirable things. Some were in the 3-figure mark, and others were as cheap as chips and fantastic value for money.

Basically, I'm always on the lookout for watches that don't appeal to the buying public on eBay - either because they're not well-known or they're too small - and I've found some real bargains that way. And I always look closely at movements. My cheap Zim has a great movement in it, and Anil identified my George Stockwell watch as having an early Rolex-style movement. The George Stockwell was moderately expensive because it's silver cased, but the Zim was  just a few quid.

And so it goes...

Will very impressed have you ever been checked for OCD !!!!! :D

OCD eh? Well, it's possible...

When I'm practising a new music piece, I've been known to play it over and over again for days at a time. Non-stop - until it's locked in the head and the muscle memory.

The only way to get better.

For some yes. When I played it helped but I never managed to achieve a single figure handicap status.
Anyway could not find a ADJ L105 is it a quartz.

I gave up on handicapping...

It's a mechanical movement. I'm going to have another look at it this afternoon after I get it back from the customer. I got the little thing working again - I just have never come across an ETA movement like it.
